Join us for a weekend at camp, June 11–13, 2027, at Mulhurst Camp on Pigeon Lake, Alberta.

Mulhurst Camp

Nestled on the shores of Pigeon Lake, Mulhurst Camp is our home for the weekend.

We are pleased to provide all guests the complimentary option of staying at Mulhurst Camp for the weekend. There are a range of modern facilities - larger rooms with an en suite bathroom as well as single bed rooms with shared bathrooms. There is also a large campsite adjacent to the property with powered RV and tent sites which you are welcome to use. If you prefer staying off site, there are a few hotels and many rentals around Pigeon Lake.

Rehearsal Dinner Wedding Party

Arrive & Check In

Welcome to camp! Get settled into your cabin and explore the grounds. The weekend kicks off tonight.

6:30 PM
Taco Bar Dinner

Kick off the weekend with a taco bar. Chicken yucatan, ground beef, all the fixings: rice, beans, salsa, the works. Gluten-free and halal options available.

8:30 AM
Breakfast

Bagels, muffins, cinnamon buns, fresh fruit, yogurt, turkey sausage (halal), and hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea & chai included.

12:00 PM
Boxed Lunch

Assorted sandwiches (including halal turkey), fresh fruit, salad or chips, and dessert squares.

5:00 PM
Ceremony

The main event. Time and location details to be confirmed, so stay tuned.

4:00 PM
Cocktail Hour

Drinks and nibbles while we get the party started. Fruit platters, veggie & dip, spinach dip and more.

6:30 PM
Dinner Reception

Grilled chicken breast with mushroom cream sauce, AAA roast beef with gravy & horseradish, mashed potatoes, strawberry spring salad, seasonal vegetables and more. Coffee, tea & chai to finish.

9:00 AM
Pancake Breakfast

Send-off breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage (halal), fresh fruit, and hashbrowns. Gluten-free pancakes available. Coffee, tea & chai included.

11:00 AM
Check Out & Farewell

Safe travels home! Check out of your cabin by 11:00 AM. It's been a weekend to remember.
